If you need some assistance registering with Coaching West Yorkshire here are a few tips to help you along the way:
Tutorials - a video tutorial is available to help guide you through the process. This is about three and a half minutes long and generic to all the counties using the same software - have a look on the CoachWeb website (opens in a new window).
Linking to organisations - if you work for one of our partners that is using the system you need to link to them to so they can see you details. You can check who you are linked to and update this by logging on and updating the details on the 'Tailor our Service' page. more partners will be coming online in the coming weeks as we roll the system out, so keep checking back. If one of our partners is looking for additonal coaches and you meet what they are looking for you may get an email from us asking you to link to them - but it is up to you whether you link to them and let them see your details. Adding your qualifications and experience - the more details you provide the better able we will be to send you relevant opportunities or training information.
Receiving emails from Coaching West Yorkshire - will be starting to rollout update emails and information on training and coaching opportunities - you can opt in or out of receiving these email by logging on and going to the 'Tailor our Service' page. You can update your preferences at any time.
Why not add your photograph? You can upload a jpeg image of yourself onto the system - this just adds to your profile. A benefit is that partners checking your qualification know the person handing them certificates is really the person named on the certificates
